Refund Policy: Return product for Exchange or Credit Only. Please contact us prior to returning any product for any reason. Customer must return product for Exchange or for Credit on future orders only, and are subject to 10% restock fees and cost to reship. All Returns must be authorized in advance. Unless otherwise specified, all claims for discrepancies, shortages, or damages must be made within (14) days after the item is delivered. To obtain authorization, contact customer service at (419) 462-2095 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Ownership and title of all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you the Buyer when the merchandise is delivered to shipping carrier. Upon receipt and verification of the return, 241pantyhose.com will credit the value of the return towards future orders. All items returned to 241pantyhose.com must arrive in original condition, in their original packaging, with no pricing stickers, holes, or other alterations, or the return will be rejected. If we receive any product that appears to be worn or used then we cannot honor the return or exchange.
If shipment is returned to us for any reason, including customer refusing delivery of product, or due to customer submitting wrong address or failing to include proper Building, Apartment and/or Unit Number of the ship to address they submit, the shipping costs are non-refundable, including the cost carrier charges to return product.
Closeout and discontinued items are not subject to return because they are purchased “as is” at a significant discount. We will not accept returns that are not a result of either discrepancies or damaged incurred during manufacturing or shipping. No claims will be accepted on used goods or on goods damaged after their receipt by the customer.
